Found the trail head to two medicine. Hiked over scenic overlook pass. Surprised s bear on the way up also saw a bunch of indians on horseback. Two medicone was cold and rainy. Ranger turned me down for permits up the cdt since i didnt have an ice ax. Spent a cold despondent night there.
